Jessica Garner Senior Associate

Jessica is a senior associate in the firm's real estate team, with particular experience advising developers, investors, and public sector clients on large-scale development and regeneration projects, Real Estate investment and asset management. 

Jessica spent over a year on secondment to St Modwen from 2020-2021 and continues to work closely with clients in the Industrial & Logistics sector. 

• Advising St Modwen on the development and letting of many of its industrial parks, including Access 18 in Avonmouth and Broomhall in Worcester.
• Advising St Modwen on the mixed use development of Locking Parklands to include a new 1,450 home community with retail space, a new school and 450,000 square feet of high quality business space. 
• Advising the University of Bristol on its new £350m campus adjoining Bristol Temple Meads.
• Acting for John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose on their UK property portfolios.
