About
Kathryn is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team, dual qualified to practise law in Scotland and in England and Wales. She has experience acting on a range of commercial real estate projects, in particular on commercial developments and infrastructure projects.
She trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying in 2017, and has advised a range of clients on commercial property matters, including local government, renewable energy developers, investors and corporate occupiers.

- Greater London Authority: Advising on several sites as part of the wider Docklands regeneration, including housing and infrastructure development.
- BSW Timber: Advising on commercial property matters for BSW group companies as part of their forestry operations.
- ESB: Advising this leading Irish renewables developer on several new sites in Scotland and England/Wales.
- Gresham House: Advising on the acquisition and development of several renewable energy development sites.
- North Somerset District Council: Advising on land assembly and compulsory purchase for the £45 million South Bristol Link Road.
- Help Bristol’s Homeless: Advising longstanding pro bono client on property matters for their temporary accommodation and support services in Bristol.
