Overview
Lucy is a director in our Projects department, with experience of advising public and private sector clients on a wide range of major projects and commercial transactions, particularly in the defence and transport sectors.
Experience
  • Advising the Ministry of Defence on the contractual arrangements relating to the Tempest programme, part of the Government’s Combat Air Strategy.
  • Advising the Ministry of Defence in relation to the construction of the new Dreadnought Class submarines by BAE Systems.
  • Advising DHL and Babcock in relation to their joint bid for the MOD Logistics, Commodities and Supplies Transformation Project (an outsourcing of MOD's commodities supply chain).
  • Advising First Group in relation to the procurement of, and ongoing operational arrangements for, a new fleet of electric multiple units.
  • Advising GWR on the acquisition of a new fleet of Class 802 bi-mode (diesel-electric) trains.
