Mark trained and qualified at a US firm in London and joined our Dispute Resolution team in 2021. He has experience advising corporate, government and public sector clients across a range of industries and specialisms including IT, technology, transportation, healthcare, defence, procurement, information rights, banking, insurance and financial services.
He advises on complex matters in litigation and arbitration, and provides regulatory, contractual and strategic advice to clients.

- Transportation: Advising a transportation sector client in an LCIA arbitration relating to the manufacture of new rolling stock.
- Healthcare services provider: Advised a healthcare services provider on a procurement challenge in the TCC relating to a bid for regional healthcare services.
- Global IT : Advised a global IT infrastructure provider on a procurement challenge in the TCC relating to a bid for a complex leading-edge technology system.
- Defence: Providing contractual advice regarding the procurement of military equipment.
- Information rights: Advised an institutional client in a challenge before the First Tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber).
- Financial services: Advised on a range of matters relating to recovery of funds in pension investment schemes, offshore private banking, and capital raising disputes.
