Patricia joined the firm in 2022 upon qualification. She has experience advising a range of public and private sector organisations, also advising on rail contracts, maintenance arrangements, procurement law, grant funding arrangements and commercial contracts.
Experience
- FirstGroup: Advising FirstGroup and their train operating companies on various new fleet acquisitions, rolling stock matters and maintenance arrangements.
- Transport for Wales: Advising on a range of maintenance arrangements and regulatory matters. Projects have included Porth transport hub and OHLE at Canton depot.
- Private sector clients: Advising on various large value and long-term commercial contracts including advising on various risk and performance issues.
- UK Research and Innovation (UKRI): Advising on various grant funding arrangements (GFAs) between UKRI and other government departments. Advising and negotiating of GFAs for the nine Catapults organisations for 2023-2028 with a total funding of around £1.6 billion.
- Foreign Office: Advising on contract documents for the Foreign Office’s flagship dynamic purchasing system for facilities management across its global estate which is valued at around £1.5 billion and call-off of a facilities management supplier for the Europe region.
- Ministry of Defence: Providing advice on the drafting of ITT documentation for the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS), an innovative and complex programme which aims to transform the management and delivery of training.
