Rebecca is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate team. She has a wide range of experience working for both UK and international clients in relation to equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring.
She has particular experience in the energy sector and has worked on numerous transactions involving solar, battery storage, wind and waste.

- Bluefield Solar Income Fund: Advising on its acquisition with GLIL Infrastructure of a portfolio of a 47MW UK-based solar portfolio from Lightsource bp.
- RDC Partners LLP: Advising on the sale of rights to construct the Cumberhead Wind Farm, to Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc.
- Major investor: Advising on a disposal of an onshore wind project based in the UK for a major investor.
- Openwork Partnership LLP: Advising on an investment into the Openwork Partnership from global investment firm.
- Dancerace: Advising fast growing fintech company Dancerace on an investment from Norland Capital
