Rebecca Powell Senior Associate

Rebecca is a senior associate in the firm’s construction and engineering team with a wide range of experience across non-contentious matters. She advises on the procurement and construction of complex projects and real estate development.

Rebecca’s experience includes various sectors, including development, social housing, and infrastructure. She has a particular focus on strategic alliancing and partnering agreements.

• Extensive experience of the procurement of construction contracts throughout the development, social housing, and infrastructure sectors;
• Advising a local government body on its joint venture developer framework agreement;
• Advising a non-departmental public body on various track related projects including for the construction of depots and installation of overhead and catenary lines;
• Advising a transport client on various repairs and maintenance projects and attending weekly panel meetings as a seconded legal advisor; and
• Advising social housing providers on partnering contracts.
