Richard Davies Senior Associate

Richard is a Senior Associate in the firms Real Estate team with experience advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious commercial real estate work, including (but not limited to) large and small scale renewable energy project (hydrogen, solar, EV charging, BESS and wind), strategic land development, land acquisition and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant and asset management.

Richard also has experience in real estate finance, advising on the property elements of corporate acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring and insolvency transactions.

• Advising developer clients on the financing and development of large scale renewable energy project (hydrogen, BESS, solar);
• Advising developer clients on land options and leases for solar and wind farm projects;
• Advising a local government body on the development of electrical vehicle charging hubs at various sites in and around London;
• Advising investor clients on the acquisition and disposal of investment properties.
• Advising a national retailer on all aspects of its property portfolio, from site acquisitions, to lease renewals and general leasehold management.
• Acting for a range of corporate occupiers/landlords on the taking and granting of new leasehold office space.
