About
Richard is a Banking and Finance partner, and for over 25 years, has specialised in real estate finance.
He is highly experienced and well regarded in the UK REF mid-market. The bulk of his work is for lenders, particularity debt funds and other alternative lenders, primarily on senior debt and the derivatives of that.
Richard is experienced in the major asset classes but, more recently, has been busy with resi-developments, PBSA, sheds, self-storage and re-purposing retail and office assets, both in the UK and in mainland Europe. He also advises a number of alternative lenders on their own funding, liquidity and on and off balance sheet arrangements.
He has been Head of Banking and Finance and Head of the Financial Services teams, and currently focuses on the relationships with our network of other independent firms across Europe.
Richard is qualified to practise law in England, Wales and Scotland.
