Stephanie Lynch Senior Associate

Stephanie is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance team, based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. Stephanie has experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents for a broad range of domestic and multi-jurisdictional finance transactions. She has gained experience in a range of areas such as real estate finance, project finance, leveraged finance and general corporate banking. 

Stephanie spent eight months on secondment to abrdn in 2021/22 as a member of both the Real Assets Debt team and the Private Credit team respectively, where she provided transactional support and advice on a wide variety of matters.
 

• Advising Albion Capital on the on the £56.8 million financing of their 18MW portfolio of renewable energy projects (comprising onshore wind, hydroelectric and rooftop solar projects) situated in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.  
• Advising the Sponsors on the £100m refinancing of a biomass plant in Northern England.
• Advising various corporates in relation to their financing arrangements.
• Advising various lenders and sponsors in relation to development and/or investment facilities for properties located across the UK.
