About
Tedi is an EU and Irish Trade Mark Attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property team, based in Dublin. He provides strategic and practical commercial IP portfolio management advice, including new brand clearance, EU and Irish trade mark and design protection, and trade mark and design disputes and enforcement.
He has experience advising on a wide range of intellectual property issues, and has worked for clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs and SMEs, to large multinational companies across many different sectors, including automotive, retail, technology, pharma, fashion and cosmetics, and energy.
Tedi is a regular contributor to the firm’s intellectual property bulletin, Concept, and has contributed to industry leading publications such as World Trademark Review.
He qualified as an Irish and EU Trade Mark Attorney in 2022, and was a winner of the Niamh Hall Award for achieving the highest mark in the Irish Trade Mark Attorney Qualifying Examination.
