Tom is a senior associate in the TTF team, advising individuals and their families on tax, trusts and succession matters. He has a particular focus on issues affecting landowners and farmers.

He can help with complex capital gains tax and inheritance tax matters, partnerships, family trusts, Wills and transferring ownership and/or control to the next generation. Tom’s work also includes advising trustees on related matters and tax advice relating to settling disputes, especially those involving land.
