Alec has wide-ranging experience of advising developers, investors, Government, funders, licensed suppliers, major energy users and contractors on all aspects of projects, regulation, commercial agreements and project finance transactions in the net zero, energy and waste sectors.

  • Advising clients such as GrowUp Farms, NTT Data Centers, Manchester Airports Group, South West Water, YTL, Redrow, Lands Improvement, the Crown Estate and various other institutional landlords and major energy users on private networks, iDNO transactions and electricity, gas, heat and ancillary product trading and supply agreements, including corporate PPAs.
