Amy is a senior associate in our Corporate team. She advises individuals and both public and private companies across a wide range of sectors on a variety of both transactional and advisory matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and reorganisations.

• Acting for renewable energy companies on disposals and acquisitions of renewable energy SPVs.
• Advising a private individual on a property building joint venture.
• Advising a multinational group of companies on their exit from a UK investment.
• Advising shareholders of a private company and members of an LLP on the disposal of their business.
