Amy trained in-house with fashion retailer Superdry and has particular experience working with in-house design and creative teams advising on product development, pre-production product clearance and the clearance of new brands. Amy also has experience advising on brand protection strategy and registration as well as enforcement issues. As well as working with multinational companies, Amy has particular expertise in advising start-ups and SMEs how best to protect their intellectual property across a range different industries.
