Charlotte Osmond Senior Associate

Charlotte is a senior associate in the pensions team and advises a broad range of trustees and employers on all aspects of pensions law. Her experience covers a number of large projects including bulk transfers, buy-ins, scheme mergers and closures.

Charlotte is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

• Providing trustee clients with day-to-day and strategic advice on a wide range of pensions issues (including the trustees of the Leonardo Electronics Pension Scheme, the QinetiQ Pension Schemeand the Inchcape Motors Pension Scheme).
• Advising various trustees on proposals to buy-in and in some cases buy-out and wind up the pension scheme.
• Advising on a number of bulk transfer, scheme merger and closure projects.
• Drafting pension scheme deeds and documentation, including updating and consolidating rules.
• Providing training for trustees on a range of pensions issues.
