Ellie trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying into the Employment team in September 2020. She advises both employers and employees on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR matters.
Ellie has experience in resolving disputes and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, including claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination. She also advises on various stages of the employment lifecycle, from drafting employment contracts and service agreements, reviewing and advising on HR policies and procedures, and advising in relation to termination of employment including redundancies.
Ellie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
