Hebe Thorne Associate

Hebe trained at Burges Salmon and is an associate in the firm's Family Law and Divorce team. She has experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, marital agreements (pre and post-nuptial) and financial settlements, including those with complex assets, corporate issues and international elements. She has experience in complex litigation, but will always seek to resolve cases without the court process where possible.  

Hebe also has experience in a wide range of children arrangement cases, including those with Children Act court proceedings and cases with an international element.

She is an active member of YRes and Resolution.

• Acting for high net worth individuals with complex business assets, where assets are pre-acquired or inherited by one party including advising on settlement outside of the court process, and within court proceedings at all levels.
• Acting for clients at private FDRs, assisting and advising on practical solutions.
• Preparing and advising clients on pre-marital agreements, including to protect a likely significant inheritance, family trust assets as well as pre-acquired wealth.
• Acting for clients in respect of arrangements for their children, with experience in cases involving parental alienation, relocation and all private law children work.
