Julia Davies Associate

Julia is an associate within the firm’s Real Estate team. She has experience in a range of commercial real estate matters, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, sale of strategic land and development projects, working for a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.

Julia is a member of the South West branch of The Association of Women in Property.

• Secondment at leading international investment bank, supporting the in-house legal team, with responsibility for corporate real estate matters across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

• Assisting a statutory water undertaker with extension of its assets.

• Assisting The Crown Estate with landlord and tenant work.

• Assisting clients selling land for the purposes of development.

• Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and commercial lettings, including due diligence, title investigation, searches and enquiries, negotiation of documents, Land Registry issues, taxation (including Stamp Duty Land Tax and Welsh Land Transaction Tax) and insurance.
