Katie graduated from Cardiff University in 2017 and subsequently went on to study her postgraduate education at the University of Law in Bristol.

Before qualification into the Real Estate sector in 2023, Katie worked in the private client sector advising high net worth individuals on future tax planning, wills, trusts and the administration of estates.

Since qualification, Katie has worked on a variety of real estate matters ranging from social housing developments to landlord and tenant retail portfolio management.

Landlord and Tenant work in the retail sector, more particularly acting and advising a large London shopping centre in relation to their large retail leasing portfolio.

Transactional lease work for a private asset management and development company, with a particular focus on retail and restaurant leases.

Urgent refinancing of a £2 million multi-use religious building with tenants in occupation with no formal lease.
