Liz is a Senior Associate in the Burges Salmon Planning and Compulsory Purchase team. She is an experienced development and regeneration lawyer, who has worked both in private practice and extensively in local government.
She is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association and provides multi-disciplinary advice and guidance from the drawing up of proposals through to confirmation and vesting, agreeing voluntary agreements in parallel. Liz has experience advising both on promoting and objecting to CPO and also in promoting DCO schemes, including advising on appropriation, land rights and compensation issues.
Her practice also includes advising on planning and highways agreements and supporting clients with planning appeals and judicial review claims.
