Lydia Morris Solicitor

Lydia is a solicitor in the Private Client team, having completed her training contract with the firm. She specialises in tax, estate planning and trust work.

She assists in the administration of high value estates as well as wider succession planning. Her work also covers powers of attorney.

Lydia will soon be working towards her STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estate Planning.

• Advising private individuals in the creation of their Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising individuals on estate planning including Wills, trusts and Letters of Wishes.
• Assisting with exit planning and tax structuring for business owners.
