Oli Gingell Senior Associate

Oli joined Burges Salmon in September 2024 with nine years’ experience as a qualified solicitor.

Oli trained at a City law firm, seconded to their Sydney office as part of his training, and has also spent time working for a Magic Circle firm in the Middle East.

For the last 8 years, Oli’s experience has been working within the Bristol market, but on national and cross border corporate transactions.

• Oli has a wealth of experience in all aspect of corporate law, primarily in the mergers and acquisitions and joint venture spaces.
• Oli’s keen interest is that of Corporate Real Estate and the elements of corporate financing that sit within that sector.
