Advising Recognise Bank in relation to their launch of a PBTL product with a £5 million loan on a 100 plus property portfolio.
Advising C Hoare & Co in relation to their financing of three PBTL loans with 75 plus properties including HMOs.
Advising Recognise Bank in relation to their lending to support the creation of a dementia care village in Suffolk.
Advising NatWest in relation to the site acquisitions of several house builders across the South and South West.
