  • Advised on a large scale development of a UK harbour site comprising high quality residential apartments, commercial retail and restaurant units. 
  • Assists a sovereign wealth fund with the asset management of a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Acts for a number of renewable energy clients including work on options and leases.
