Tom Perret Director

Tom is a director in the firm's real estate team. He acts for clients in both public and private sectors, UK and international investors, occupiers and developers on a wide range of UK real estate matters.

Tom has particular expertise advising in relation to investment portfolio asset management and the development, financing and acquisition/disposal of renewable energy projects.

• Extensive experience of advising on all real estate aspects of solar, onshore wind, biomass, reserve power and battery storage projects.
• Advising investment funds and renewable energy companies (including Anesco Limited and Octopus Energy Investments) on the acquisition, financing and disposal of renewable energy assets and on the legal asset management of their energy asset portfolios.
• Advising STOR Power and Forsa Energy on their gas peaking plant portfolios.
• Acting for John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose on their UK property portfolios.
• Advising The Crown Estate on its St James's Portfolio.
• Advising Waterstones on its UK property portfolio.
• Acting for Deutsche Bank on its UK properties.
