Alice is the firm's chief people officer with responsibility for all aspects of the firm's strategic approach to its people.
Alice is a member of the partnership committee and the executive committee of the firm. Alice joined the firm in October 2023 from EY, where she held the role of Strategic Talent Director for the Tax and Law business in the UK and Ireland.
She has held various Talent Leadership roles in Professional Services firms in the UK and Internationally, and has particular expertise in Organisational Development, Transformation and Change Management, and the Future of Work.
Alice holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France.
