Alison Logan Senior Associate

Alison is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance team and has a particular focus on project financing, acting for a wide range of stakeholders including Borrowers, Lenders and Financial Sponsors.

Alison is dual qualified in Scotland and England.

• Advising Temporis Capital, UK Green Investment Bank and KKR as lenders on renewable energy projects, including the Srondoire and Blackcraig onshore wind farms.
• Advising RBS on the project financing of the Quixwood Moor Wind Farm.
• Advising Gravis Capital Partners on the financing and refinancing of a portfolio of AD plants including both operating and construction-phase assets.
• Advising the senior lender group on the refinancing of a portfolio of single turbine wind projects.
• Providing advice to Estover Energy in connection with the financing of a biomass CHP plant in Speyside, Scotland, including drafting bespoke security documents.
• Advising Lloyds Bank plc in relation to a £42 million facility secured over a residential portfolio.
• Advising a banking syndicate in relation to a £40 million facility relating acquisitions by Brickability Group.
