Emma is an APM-qualified project manager with a proven track record of delivering strategically important projects for the firm at pace.
Emma integrates project management principles into our approach to legal service delivery including project planning, stakeholder mapping and management, communications planning, risk management and, costs and KPI reporting to deliver transparency and monitoring for legal and client teams. Emma and her team work seamlessly with our clients, our legal team and external consultants to ensure our client’s matters are managed efficiently, to budget and within the set deadline.
Emma has the depth and breadth of experience to understand the strategic, commercial and legal objectives of client and legal teams and how best to adapt project management tools and approaches to streamline process, deliver operational efficiencies and optimise client legal spend.
