Holly oversees the resourcing function at Burges Salmon.
She joined the firm as a Coordinator and has worked in all areas of the team covering business professional, legal, Partner and emerging talent.
Holly was appointed Head of Resourcing in 2019. As well as leading the team, she is passionate about widening access to the profession and sits on the Inclusive Employment group.
