Leticia is a senior associate in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase team. She a dual-qualified solicitor in Argentina and England & Wales and specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning, infrastructure and highways law with experience acting for local authorities in central London, government bodies and developers across England and Wales.

Leticia advices clients on the promotion of nationally significant infrastructure projects in relation to applications for development consent orders on all matters including planning, environmental and compulsory acquisition.

She is a member of Women in Planning South West and Committee member the Bristol Property Inclusion Charter.
