Leticia Mandra Senior Associate

Leticia is a senior associate in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase team. She a dual-qualified solicitor in Argentina and England & Wales and specialises in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning, infrastructure and highways law with experience acting for local authorities in central London, government bodies and developers across England and Wales.

Leticia advices clients on the promotion of nationally significant infrastructure projects in relation to applications for development consent orders on all matters including planning, environmental and compulsory acquisition.

She is a member of Women in Planning South West and Committee member the Bristol Property Inclusion Charter.

• Advising National Highways in relation to the development consent order for A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening Scheme.
• Advising National Highways as promoter of highway infrastructure consents.
• Advising Gloucestershire County Council in relation to the development consent order application for the M5 Junction 10 Improvement Scheme.
• Advising RWE on land-related issues in relation to the development consent order application for Dogger Bank South Offshore Windfarm.
• Advising the Home Office in relation to consenting strategy for the accommodation of asylum seekers.
• Providing local authorities with regular advice in relation to consenting strategy and alternatives for the delivery of infrastructure in their area.
• Ministry of Justice in relation to a planning appeal for a consent for additional facilities.
• Advising land promoter on a residential mix-use scheme in Wiltshire.
• London based local authorities on planning issues relating to the redevelopment of a housing estate in central London.
•  Advising clients on their successful objections to development consent orders.
