Lucy moved over to the Resourcing Team in 2018 after working on front of house for two years previous. She now works within the Emerging Talent Team and focuses on early careers, this covers everything from our work experience programme Bright Sparks, client support team recruitment & apprenticeship recruitment. Lucy Joined the Burges Salmon front of house team in 2016 and after two years moved internally into the Resourcing Team. She works alongside Anna Dixon covering all Trainee & Apprentice recruitment but now focuses on the early careers opportunities within the Emerging Talent team.
