Scott Fyfe Senior Associate

Scott joined the firm in May 2023 and is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate finance team. 

He advises on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, reorganisations, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. 

Scott advises clients from a variety of sectors including education, technology, hospitality and leisure, energy, public sector and third sector organisations. 

Scott has a particular interest in the space sector, and is part of the firm’s Space and Satellites team.

• Acted for the shareholders of an online schooling business on the sale of the company to a multi-national education group. 
• Acted for a large VC investor in connection with its multi-million pound equity investment in a bio-sciences company.
• Acted for a renewable energy developer company in connection with its multi-million pound sale of eight solar energy projects. 
• Acted for a large Scottish university in connection with its multi-million pound acquisition of several student accommodation blocks.
• Acted for a large VC investor in connection with its equity investment into a renewable energy tech company. 
• Previously seconded to two separate educational institutions and a renewable energy company.
