Thomas is an associate in the Burges Salmon competition team and advises clients on a broad range of competition law issues, including merger control, antitrust and broader compliance and advisory work.
As well as more general competition law work, Thomas has experience advising on acquisitions and restructurings affected by the National Security and Investment Act 2021 and has particular experience in the technology sector.
