Tristan Williams Senior Associate – FCILEx

Tristan is a senior associate in the real estate team and supervises a team of Chartered Legal Executives and Trainee Legal Executives.

Tristan's team provides advice on a wide range of matters including dealing with the administration of land reverting to The Crown Estate at common law, under the doctrine of escheat and the sales of freehold and leasehold properties.

• Acting for The Crown Estate on a variety of matters including sales of residential and commercial property and dealing with the administration of land reverting to The Crown Estate at common law, under the doctrine of escheat.
• Acting for major financial lenders on an assortment of transactions including refinances, redemptions, security audits, new lending and auditing security documentation.
• Acting for fixed charge receivers in real estate insolvency matters.
• Acting for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation on a variety of matters including the negotiation of leases, easements, deeds of covenant and licenses. 
• Acting for a major UK property developer in connection with a wide range of development work, including assistance with site acquisitions, set-ups, negotiation of statutory agreements and the sales of completed freehold and leasehold properties.
