• Secondment to Fusion for Energy (F4E) at ITER in Cadarache, France – 2022
• Supported Fusion For Energy in developing alliance based contracting in respect of complex engineering projects for the ITER programme
• Advising F4E on issues arising from its contracts with key contractors under F4E’s bespoke FIDIC form of contract
• Acting for NNB Generation Company (HPC) Ltd in relation to various high value FIDIC-based ‘nuclear island’ packages relating to the development of its new nuclear power plant at Hinkley
• Acting for NNB Generation Company (SZC) Ltd in relation to the procurement of various high-value FIDIC-based 'nuclear island' packages relating to the development of its new nuclear power plant at Sizewell
• Acting for developers and funders on numerous battery energy storage, solar and energy from waste / biomass / AD projects
• Advising an equity investor on the construction aspects of its competitive tender submission for the acquisition of a stake in a UK offshore wind farm.
